The Kennett Regional Fire Department has responded to several accidents at the intersection of Lenape and E. Street Roads in Pennsbury Township over the last few weeks. The most recent accident occurred around 7:45pm on Monday, November 18th.

Upon arrival at the scene, units from Kennett Fire Company No. 1, Longwood Fire Company, and Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company found a two-car accident partially blocking the intersection. Crews controlled hazards and cleaned up debris from the roadway, and fire police provided traffic control. One person was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The last units cleared the scene at 9:00pm.
