This past Wednesday, the Pennsbury Township Board of Supervisors recognized the Kennett Regional Fire Department for our efforts at a house fire last November. The crew of Kennett Fire Company's Engine 24 was credited for saving the life of a teenager who was trapped in the home. Staffing Engine 24 for that incident were volunteer firefighters Captain Bryan Broomell, Jason Nichols, and Fernando Tapia, and career firefighter Cecil Dubots.
